HOUSEKEEPING:

1. Report card envelopes: once you have looked over the report card with your child, kindly return the envelope signed. 


2.  COURSE SELECTION:  It's now open for our kids.  This will end on Feb. 23rd (THIS FRIDAY)


  
KUDOS TO:  The grade 8 boys: they won the "I can estimate percentages in my head" game against the girls.  Ethan also gets a kudos for missing the math lesson and correctly answering 1 question during the contest.

HOMEWORK:

ENGLISH:

1. Rants: students will be delivering their rants tomorrow (memorized - and this time with feeling!).  This is practice.

2.  New noredink due Friday.  No "who" and "whom".  I promise.

3. NoRedInk quiz tomorrow: Commonly confused words (not "who" and "whom"), articles and appositive phrases, and adjectives.
