HOUSEKEEPING:



1. Ski swap at Snow Valley this Saturday, Nov 4, from 9 am - 4pm.

HOMEWORK:

ENGLISH:


1. Seedfolks Chapter: I have given feedback and graded the planning phase.  Take a look at it in your drive, read my suggestions, and check out the second rubric (the first one is not completed, so scroll to the second).  I would like to continue to the next phase early next week (the actual writing), so come see me with the changes you need to make to the story.



2. Book talks continue on Monday

MATH:


1. I handed back the re-tests today (to those who had the original tests signed).  Please take a look at these with your child.


2. Grade 8: page 104 #1, 2, 3-7;  Grade 7: page 96 #1-7

1. We are thick into our presentations of "Je suis canadien(ne)!"


HISTORY:
1.  Grade 8: We will assemble the "Women's Suffrage Movement" thematic posters tomorrow.  Come with all research completed and printed/written out.

1. Finish 1/2 of the card.  It is due next class (no colour - only pencil)
