HOUSEKEEPING:
1.  The following times are already booked:
Thursday, November 23: 4-4:15, 5:30-6:30,
7:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday, November 24: 11-11:15
Please remember this is first come, first serve.  Get those yellow forms in a.s.a.p. 






2.  I have signed up to "No Red Ink", a web-based program that helps build student writing through adaptive exercises.  In order to sign up your child, I require your permission.  If you would like your child to participate, please send me an email granting your permission.  marc.lemoine@yrdsb.ca   So far 5 parents have given permission.  Thanks!  Students started using it today and

MATH:




Measurement test next week (likely Thursday).  If you have questions about the content, bring them to me at workroom or in class and we will take them up.

FRENCH:


1. Next week we will finish writing post cards from Canadian destinations


HISTORY:
1.  We will continue our study of residential schools next week.  AND there is a re-test of the communication question for grade 8 on Monday (the test came home today - it must be signed to participate in the re-do).
