HOUSEKEEPING:

There are a lot of important dates coming up, parents, so I have highlighted them in yellow to ensure nothing gets forgotten.

1.  Electives!  Yes, once again we are offering Winter Electives this year.  All the paperwork is coming home and is to be completed by January 31st.  To access the google survey, your child must use their gapps yrdsb account and copy the following link:  https://goo.gl/forms/lNqiyMYuAz32SuUc2 (or click here - ELECTIVES).  5 kids from our class have already filled out the survey!  Nice!

2.  Grade 8 parents: the second installment for the gr. 8 trip to Muskoka Woods is due by January 26, 2018.  The amount of the second installment is $125.00 (payable by cheque or on school cash online).  If you paid $250 for the first amount you do not need to pay the $125 now.

3.  COURSE SELECTION:  Parents and Guardians: don't forget to sit down with your child and do a "'practice" course selection through Career Cruising.  Do not put this off!

4. HIGH SCHOOL REGISTRATION: The green registration form that came home in the red folder is due Tuesday, January 30. Still missing: Allen, Jina, Aimee, and Denys.

5. Grade 8 Grad photos January 30th at 9:00.  Start getting your beauty rest.  An envelope came home today for the 2018 class composite (if you are interested in purchasing one).

6. Crazy Hair Day this Friday, January 26!
