HOUSEKEEPING:
1. Grade 7 + 8: Movie Night! Friday, April 20, from 6-8 p.m. "Despicable Me 3" will be showing on the big screen at DDPS. The cost is $2 per person, limit of 6 tickets per family. If you would like to order tickets, please complete the orange form sent home and return it to me no later than April 11.
2. Wear weather-appropriate attire for tomorrow. We will be outside for at least 15 minutes.
KUDOS TO: Betty for winning our Math Financial Literacy Challenge! She is the proud recipient of a poo-poo piggy. Also, kudos goes to Denys for 2nd place, and Ella in 3rd. And finally, to Allen for helping out Mr. Livingston.
HOMEWORK:
ENGLISH:
1. Round one of the literature circles will take place this Wednesday. This means students need to have one quarter of the book read by Wednesday. The assignment is up and running on google class - it's called "Save the last Word"
2. NoRedInk: There is an assignment due Friday on context (quotes) and punctuation (also quotes). This will be helpful for the literature circle activity, so do it first!
